When students read science trade books, they improve their literacy skills while learning about also learning about interesting science concepts. The National Science Teaching Association (NSTA), in conjunction with Children's Book Council (CBC), collates an annual list of Outstanding Science Trade Books for students in grades K-12. Enjoy reading a wide variety of picture books, graphic novels, photographic non-fiction, and chapter books with your children at home.
